Studio Equilibria offers private sessions as well as
Mat & Springboard, Gyrokinesis and Gyrotonic Tower classes for small groups.
As the studio is small this provides you with more personal attention than what you will receive at the larger studios. A full Mat/Springboard class is four people while a Gyrotonic Tower class is two people. Essentially you are getting a duet with the Gyrotonic classes for the price of a class.
Yamuna Body Rolling workshops are offered several times a month. Please contact Tara for the current Yamuna Body Rolling schedule for more information. Private sessions in Yamuna Body Rolling and Foot Fitness are also available with the below pricing.

is 60 minutes long. Private sessions are offered Tuesday - Saturday. Please

confirm space in any class. Classes on particular days fill up fast, so it recommended that you call a day or two before the class takes place to hold your spot. On the same token, if no-one reserves a space for a particular class, that class may not happen that day.
Props for Sale
Books and various props such as Magic Circles, Therabands, Balls,
ToeSox, Rollers and Yamuna Body Rolling Balls and DVDs are available for purchase at the studio
to help you to deepen your individual home practice.
