Studio Equilibria offers private sessions as well as Mat & Springboard, Gyrokinesis and Reformer classes for small groups.

Private Sessions

Each private session is 60 minutes long. Private sessions are offered Monday - Saturday. Please call or e-mail to schedule an appointment. For new clients, we are offering an Introductory Special: 3 Sessions for $160

	Five sessions	$350 ($70/session)

	Ten sessions	$650 ($65/session)

Duets:

Duets can be a combination of Mat, Springboard, Gyrotonic Tower and Reformer exercises.

Group Classes

Mat/Springboard Classes:
	Tuesday	5:15 - 6:15 pm
	Wednesday	10:15 - 11:15 am

	Thursday	6:00 - 7:00 pm

Gyrokinesis Class:	Friday	9:00 - 10:100 am

Gyrotonic Tower Classes:
	Tuesday	6:30 - 7:30 pm
	Saturday	9:00 - 10:00 am

Reformer Classes:	Wednesday	6:30 - 7:30 pm

	Saturday	10:15 - 11:15 am
		11:30 - 12: 30 am

Please call or email to confirm space in any class. Classes on particular days fill up fast, so it recommended that you call a day or two before the class takes place to hold your spot. On the same token, if no-one reserves a space for a particular class, that class may not happen that day.

Props for Sale

Books and various props such as Magic Circles, Therabands, Balls, Mats, ToeSox and Rollers are available for purchase at the studio to help you to deepen your Pilates practice.
